Full-time Export Administrator (m/f/d)

Do you enjoy working in an international environment, are you confident in communicating with customers, and can you keep track of shipping and export processes? Then join our team!

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated and reliable full-time Export Administrator (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible. 

 

Your responsibilities:

In this varied role, your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Support and advice for our international clients in the export business 
  • Acquiring and attracting new customers abroad
  • Creating, editing and tracking quotes
  • Invoicing, as well as the organisation and handling of shipping and export processes
  • Representing our company at trade fairs and conferences  


What you need to bring:

  • Completed commercial training, ideally in the field of foreign trade or exports
  • Fluency in German and a good command of written and spoken English
  • Other foreign languages are welcome
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • An independent, structured and responsible approach to work
  • Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
  • Category B driving licence
