How to use Vagiwell® dilators

Gentle, regular practice is key:

1. Clean the dilator with warm water and mild soap before use.
2. Choose a comfortable position, such as lying on your back with knees bent. 
3. Apply a water-based lubricant (never silicone- or oil-based).
4. Insert gently until slight pressure is felt. Hold for about 5 minutes, then slowly insert and remove a few times. 
5. Practice regularly - short daily sessions (5-10 minutes) are ideal. 
6. Progress gradually and move to the next size only when the current one feels comfortable.
7. Clean after use and store dry.
